Team 102 is four small spirits controlled by one player. This is just a concept; they will, of course, function as a single character. Even though there are four of them, headshots will only count against the leader (the one with the siren). Weapon damage will be dealt from the right side, by the character with the submachine gun.
They are a team on duty. They communicate with each other using various official phrases like "copy that", "roger that" "i see the suspect", "contact", "sector clear" etc.
I used AI to create the art, unfortunately I'm not an artist, but the idea is that these are 4 little spirits in police uniform, like a Warden's style.
Skill 1 - Baton. One team member delivers three quick, light blows with a baton. The third inflicts a short-term stun.
Skill 2 - Aimed Shooting. One team member, the one with the SMG, begins aiming, emptying their entire clip. Their shots don't miss, but they can be avoided by hiding behind an object. This skill works similarly to Soldier 76's ultimate from Overwatch.
Reloading cancels this skill. You also can't use items, because Team 102 focuses only on shooting. You still can move, but very slowly.
Skill 3 - Handcuffs. The third team member handcuffs the target. This is a disarm that requires aim hit the enemy (a skillshot). After the timer expires, the enemy breaks the handcuffs and takes heavy spiritual damage.
Skill 4 - Siren. The leader of Team 102 starts an old hand siren, after which it begins to sound. The siren creates a large area on the map that emits 3-5 pulses. Each pulse locates an enemy on the map and powerfully pulls them toward Team 102, pulling them out from behind walls and other objects. Each pulse deals spiritual damage.
While this ability is active, the team cannot move. While the team leader holds the siren, the rest of the team stand to the sides in defensive poses, covering the leader, thereby creating a shield.
Also possible: Ghost Reconnaissance (instead of handcuffs or aimed shooting). Team 102 becomes astral and becomes untargetable. While the ability is active, one team member goes on reconnaissance. This action is controlled by the player. While reconnaissance, enemy characters can be marked. Marked characters become vulnerable to subsequent attacks from Team 102 for a period of time.
