Could have been one of the earlier small patches but I have been noticing rough fps drops especially in lategame teamfights. Going from 100+ fps in early stages to sometimes single digit fps in lategame 6v6s. Have been a lot of mcg in those games though and she always had a knack for breaking my fps somehow. Generally though the later games go fps seems to tank more and more.
