Hi Devs,
Thanks for all ur work, game is awesome
Just reporting this bug found where Shivs Ult doesnt fully reset on kill and instead gets a reduced cooldown from 90 seconds to 50 seconds.
I did not see anything in the patch notes regarding his ult so I'm wondering if this is intentional or a bug that came with the new patch.
