That would just make him snowball again. I don't think giving any character the Bebop treatment is the right move.

Viktor only needs a small buff or tweak to spike back up, otherwise he will be Mundo. Giving him back 30% lifesteal plus a minor change would make him broken again. He's not the only characters being able to afk farm and take over, the investments should be spread out more evenly long term. IMO

Honestly, Dr. Mundo is exactly what I want to get out of Viktor — a slow but tanky character with regeneration. He was basically like that until they beat the hell out of him.

Then he needs a much weaker lane and clearer counterplay late game, like Mundo. Before nerfs Viktor had a Mid to strong lane and an unbeatable late game (Doorman has Weak lane not Viktor). Cleansing debuffs, huge aura range, tons of lifesteal and healing, revive, literally being unstoppable late game was too much.

It was easier to escape Silver Wolf Form than him, he stayed on you while dealing constant damage. Even carting him with doorman was not enough he still got on your face and killed you so fast.
Giving him the 30% lifesteal with small tweaks to the health regen and he’ll be broken again.
