Some weird mask (guessing due to the transparency) of the parry graphic causes entities behind it not to render properly.
Essentially it looks like some weird screen-space reflection bug, but it's not that.

For some reason I show as having two Ethereal Shifts.
If I recall correctly, the flex slot was empty ingame.

Here's some dump files. Steam also crashes.
Dump viewing shows `ntdll!NtWaitForSingleObject+0x14 0xb9e0fadd18 0x7ffd48af9a9e`, and I'm not seeing anything in event viewer.
