As title states, queuing up for a match then going into sandbox could lead to what I think is failure to connect, what happened to me is I saw a joining match notification a moment before I got into sandbox, when I left sandbox the game was in idle main menu, I queued up again, found a match...
I was in Sandbox, alt-tabbed the game for around 10 minutes, when I came back Seven would play no animations whatsoever not walking, casting nor jumping, alt tabbing twice fixed the issue and made animations play as normal.
It also does the same thing when hovering over her in hero selection then hovering over another hero, now the effect moves to that latter hero's left arm location.
