A change has been made but it actually is worse: you still get pushed out of bounds by uncrouching in the same tunnel entrance, but now you get stuck in the area of the entrance only underneath instead of being able to walk around under the whole atrium floor.
I just tested this against hideout Abrams (he deserves the abuse) & saw no difference either.
It's either bugged, or everyone (me included) misunderstands what +7% bullet amp on wrecked targets means... I'd bet it's the former over the latter.
