Your average skill is not high enough to get you rank up. The new system take a lot of small thing in consideration. Like you average souls in lane or mele kills, it takes camps farming, time spend farming. All those micro and macro are taken in consideration. Also, you have only 3 green heroes...

If you have any problems with you rank again, try to play you best heros (green arrows) so even if you lose, because they are you best hero, you derank faster than just playing new hero or casual ones. You will lose -2 or -3 points on good heros but only -1 on bad ones...

Sorry you experienced this. It can be explained by simple rank math. You are losing games with same hero but winning with same hero. So you losing one is gonna pull you down 1 and you winning one is gonna pull you up 2. By math -1 +2= 1. So you go up a bracket each time
