I have invited my friend with my account, Im playing already for few months. He didn't receive an invitation and I have tried inviting him from my friends' 2 accounts but he still doesn't have it. any way to fix this?

Game randomly crashed in random moment and it didn't let me rejoin match, was crashing. I tried verifying integrity of game files and it was stuck at 0. after few computer and Steam restarts, it did verify 333 game files, and then after some time i was able to join. Game ID: 27413534
