I suppose making it enhance non-legendary items, then the enhanced version would enhance legendary items
It's a very small change (as it would only matter if you got two legendary items) but does mean piano+duration+transcd+overclock combination isn't a permanent stun
Effects: Makes all of your other items enhanced.
Before the recent major update, this could cause problems because you would get Overclock, then sell it as it's now a dead slot. However, now that selling items isn't possible, this isn't an issue.
There's also the "issue" that it wouldn't have...
I just realized you could phantom strike or lash ult someone through walls...
Those are probably fine, since phantom strike would mean having two T4 items, while lash ult would mostly throw the new targets into a random wall.
