    Mini Turret freezes out of lane Creeps

    Mcginnis's Mini Turret ability can freeze a jungle/out of lane Creep if you summon it on top of the Creep and go behind a wall. When you return, the creep is frozen, doesn't attack or move, just stays there. It's a very easy to replicate bug. You are free to kill it.
