Found another spot in the updated map. Purple lane on Sapphire Flame side's corner.

Not really secret, more like unfinished. Though, some appear more developed than others. The command is citadel_create_unit and to spawn Wrecker it's citadel_create_unit hero_wrecker. I don't have the whole list of heroes, you may have luck on the Discord server. I know it exists, though.

As Wraith, you can teleport above the map in yellow lane on Sapphire Flame side. I was able to still shoot at enemies and the walkers seem to not know how to behave with Wraith above them, though I can still get hit if they already have an active laser. I was also able to teleport back down...

Did you take note of the match ID?

I believe this can happen when any enemy hero grabs you. The same thing happened to me but a Lash ulted me while I was trying to ult.

Same issue happened to me today in a bot match. It happened when I was being ulted by Lash while I was spamming my own ult. I didn't die though.
