Если матч закончился недавно, подожди минут 5-10, в другом случае пробуй перезапускать игру пока не начнется загрузка. У меня обычно выдает что реплей пока нельзя загрузить, после нескольких перезаходов нормально скачивает.

I see no issues when firing at mid distance but when things get close the laser can barely hits a quarter of its magazine to creep or enemy hero. That becomes more horrific when ping goes high - you have no registration at all until you run away enough(about 5-6 meters) so I can't basically...
