They are probably compensating the other player for having higher ping/latency

Like the title said, when in sandbox game would randomly freeze and need to be forcefully restarted. Issue does not happen when in a game, but only in sandbox. It started happening after the march 13 patch, Not sure where I can check any logs related to this.

Yes, I usually have lag issues due to my internet connection, but my friends who doesn't usually suffer from such issue, started complaining about bad lag in lots of matches recently (while mine became even worse)
