Everyone I've seen having this issue has had the ability keys rebound, and I'm 99% sure it only affects people that do.

Do you have your abilities bound to different keys too? I've also noticed this usually happens after being CCed or dying. Happens to me nearly every game. https://forums.playdeadlock.com/threads/ability-buttons-stop-working.77866 is more people having the same issue, and I've seen other threads...

I'm also having this issue and it seems like it's happening to us because we have custom ability keybinds set. It's happening to me a couple times a game and leaving/rejoining fixes it. Awful quality recording, but here's mine doing the same key animation but no cast for heal I have bound to Q...

I have toggle free cursor bound to G, and every time I launch the game I get a pop up that I have a duplicate keybind because g is bound to both toggle free cursor and teleport. Teleport isn't in settings to unbind and bind g in console is empty. edit: fixed in today's patch, thanks valve

I have this same issue except I was in a private bot game when I needed to restart my game and Steam forced an update, so now I can't rejoin or abandon, and have been stuck in this game for hours now.

I was playing a private bot match with someone when I had to restart my game part-way through, which prompted an update to it. After launching the game again, clicking Rejoin does nothing and clicking Abandon Match crashes my game, so I'm stuck in this bot game with no way of leaving or joining...
