Low Prio sais that I need to win 1 match to exit Low Prio. I've won 1 match, but I'm still in low prio. Anyone knows why?

What I've noticed is that usualy this happens to only one player in a match. If a server drops everyone gets kicked out, so we know the server doesn't actualy drop, just decides to shut down connection with a player. Unfortunately you too are forced now to abandon with penalty. Please VALVE...

After this last patch update the game is pretty much unplayable. Everything is fine then after 10 mins everyone's fps drops realy hard and stays like that until the end of the match. To me maximum was 45fps, averaging around 35, with 7fps in boss pit and it wasn't just me, but the whole 2...
