Its weird too because Vindictas is a damage boost to her Assassinate and not a execute and will always kill Shiv after a Hp threshold is met but Shiv will no matter what always survive the execute from Killing blow at any hp besides 1 even at 6hp he will survive with 3hp left

I thought it did too but Vindicta's Assassinate bypasses his bloodletting killing him whenever he glows purple so its only a Killing blow interaction
If you try to execute Shiv with his Killing blow his bloodletting prevents him from being executed and leaves him on a sliver of hp until his bloodletting kills him. I noticed this on matches where I was Sinclair and I would use his Killing blow on him and he wouldn't die from it at the execute...
Item sounds cool but maybe make it the duration shorter. Punch builds do alot of damage mid/late game heavy punches can easily do 800+ damage. The sound helps with balancing I think, since in a hectic teamfight you can't always be looking at everyone.
