Shiv's bleed doesnt compete in the current meta, mainly for how long it takes to do full damage.
Keep the damage roughly the same, but increase the tick rate per knife in the target.
i.e.
1 knife - 1s
2 knives - .8s
3 knives - .6s
4+ knives - .45s
same number of damage ticks, same damage...
