when they jump they dont get damage, but about hitboxs when we try to ult someone sometimes it doesn't get them when they are fully in range

Every time I go into a match, the game is downloading in the background! And my ping is 400 and it's on deadlock. It's downloading in the match and I can't stop it anywhere.
