Lash feels just as buggy and broken as Doomfist in overwatch 😢

I've noticed that depending on how far you are and how you angle your camera, Infernus's glasses appear different.

Has anyone been noticing that sometimes when you pick up a passive buff (ex. picking up a cdr buff that reduces a cooldown by like 1%) it doesn't say what the buff is, it just has the your icon next to a number? It's something I've noticed happening recently after the latest patch.
