These are the same processors, only the 9900k has 2 more cores and they don't really help. I ran tests and didn't see any performance gains. So they must have corrupted something in the game files.

How can you have 55 fps in the game? Turn on FSR and disable all the stupid effects except texture quality. I get an average of 100 fps on 9900k and 1080Ti in 1440p.
