Cloak of Opportunity and Dynamo's ultimate results in a far larger FoV. It gives an advantage for players that have it while against Dynamo; however, it breaks the reticle angle resulting in your character shooting a bit to the left of the reticle.

Funny enough, Kelvin's ult can drop you out of the map anyway. My friend has done it many times to me! LOL
