    Have you been checking the bans? The matchmaker will happily place you into matches where your high priority hero is banned.

    I've also reproduced this vanilla. I was interrupted while starting mina ult and got the same camera glitch, and re-casting ult (which didn't go on cooldown) fixed the camera.

    For some more weird Capacitor trivia, the effect that makes you immune to re-applications of Silencer is technically a buff and can be purged with Capacitor. Not incredibly useful, but it can be abused to apply Silencer twice back-to-back.

    sinner's icons don't show up on the map

    I think they're showing up with a normal jungle camp icon instead of the sinner's icon. Was very confused about a "new" small camp I couldn't find until I realized it was a Sinner's sacrifice.
