“Crit Reduction” stat renamed “Crit Resist” to be in order with other resistances. Sources would stack diminishingly.
Reduce Mo’s starting Crit Resist from 20% to 10%
Remove Seven’s starting Crit Resist of 35%
Seven instead gains +0.625% Crit Resist per boon (20% max)
I thought greatly reducing...
Also I just want to say that reducing/removing Seven's 35% innate crit resist might be a decent way of nerfing him without removing what defines him / makes him fun to play (when he ULTs you could at least not being dealing reduced headshot dmg)
These could also work as some kind of "Specialization" unlock that you would get halfway through your progression, like at ~12k souls (boon 15) or something. More like Dota 2's Facets (except those are chosen at start, but these seem like they would be too much early game)
I think it would be interesting to be able to counter headshot builds with "helmet" items. Obviously headshots are hard to get and should be strong, but at the same time I've had this idea for a while and I think it's a shame to not have the "Crit Reduction" and "Crit Bonus Scale" stats be...
