Not an in game item, but I wonder if Valve is thinking about adding the Hammer editor to the game.

A'right, at first I was afraid it would be a copypaste of the character it was inspired, but you managed to make something more original from it. I like it. I could provide some artwork.

Like it. Like it a lot. Is she some kind of ghost creature? Or her head is just an illusion? What would her reason to battle be?

I'm interested in his lore. What would be his motivation for fighting, and what role does he have in the game universe?

I like the initial idea, but not sure about a chameleon humanoid.

Nah, I think it would fit more if she were mute, at best she could have voice sounds that reflect her mood.

I imagined an aristocrat speaking cat that would be able to make himself invisible, and control time to allow himself to avoid lethal injuries. But still there's a lot that could be worked on.

That alone, does not make up for lore, but alright.

So, a venom-like character? It could work, but it would probably be a criminal or outlaw like seven with such characteristics.

Dont get me wrong, I like the idea of a witch character, but I feel like Missy is still too generic and lacks more defining features. For example, what if she was like a cat-woman or had feline features? You could also add some real world bits to put into the lore, like she being an aristocrat...

True true, I dont know how to say it right, but I thought maybe she was more like a person with pale skin instead of the traiditional picture of a zombie/undead.

Whirling Fan and Wind Dance looks good, but I'm not so sure about Zephyr and Vicious Gut, seem like a little lackluster to me, but I'm not a specialist on that, wouldn't know what to add. What I could do is concept art for the character.

Maybe the magic that surrounds her could change her hood color? Yeah it sounds silly, the idea of red blood sounds more interesting. So she would have some kind of Red Hood Disease, or would she be in control of herself when being a beast?
