From what I know, the game picks 2 heroes to ban out of everyone's ban options, not all of them. Banning/avoiding a hero isn't guaranteed to not get them, but it does give a chance for those heroes to be banned in a match.
Maybe this is intended behavior? If it is, the tool-tip doesn't make it super clear that only the first ally Tag Along'd to gets the burst healing from the missing health heal, other allies do not receive this specific heal. Video showcases how only the first ally gets the initial healing burst...
In the future, you should make seperate bug reports for bugs not directly related to each other. In this case, the Vyper bug you mentioned should be made into a separate report, not mentioned after the Bebop issue.
Whenever you use Majestic leap, it appears that the UI for the "Drop Down" keybind doesn't update to whatever active slot the item is actually in, instead only displaying the slot it was in when it was first purchased. The video below showcases this behavior.
