Witchmail is back to targetting Silver's ult while transformed, this was fixed in the recent major patch but got broken again at some point. It can target any of her 4 abilities while in ult but if it targets her ult, it will ONLY target her ult from then on. For Point Blank, her wolf.1 does...

It seems that weapon damage doesn't improve damage for abilities that scale with melee, even though weapon damage improves literal melees. This applies to every ability that applies melee damage that I have tested so far. Is this intentional or bugged?
