thats half true. definitions are all around place sometimes, but to what i noticed, 'Minions' encompasses anything not a player, not a tower, not a neutral jungle. This goes from mcginnis turrets, now graves ghouls and troopers. Trooper is subdefinition of minions. Its a Tree of definition.

these bans are due to connection timeout that took longer than 5minutes to join back. People with bad intentions can do the same by turning off their internet, and game is not aware of this. This is something that usually i believe cannot be reverted or could cause situations where people abuse...
