Probably related to this bug. I've been able to reproduce this a few times explicitly while spamming my dash key as I'm being hit by Paradox's Kinetic Carbine (3). You hop around like a bunny as long as you keep hitting dash, and then go back to normal when you stop. Camera gets weird too just...

Can confirm I had the same problem with GT and picking a different guide fixed it.
