No idea if it's intentional or not but since Affliction should prevent ALL healing. Since Soul Exchange at least shows up as healing in post game data.

Yes. Does that mean you should exploit game breaking bugs and ruin the experience and playtesting for others? Probably not. But you know, you get what you deserve.
That is how rank decay works? Also you just have to play 1 game to get your badge again and it will still be around where you left + calibration period
15% works fine for me. What exactly are you casting? And I assume boon means ability point? Because I tried using 1 and Radiant Daggers after, numbers match.
If you are doing mid boss solo and escape into your Satchel to reload the mid boss goes out of combat and becomes untargetable after you exit. So you have to leave pit and go back in to start dealing damage to it again which kinda defeats the purpose of the Satchel reload.
