she was physically in the game and spawnable in training mode long before that. she had a totally different ult at that point, too. she went through multiple major changes without that aspect changing whatsoever. arguing that it should be stated in the ability description is reasonable but...

its not a bug its a core mechanic lol. she's been in the game for like a full year and she's always been able to do this. she could do it in hero labs, and she can do it now. its the first thing everyone that plays her learns. she's supposed to be able to do it
