    I've noticed from my own replays that the camera angle/crosshair doesn't perfectly track my actual movements. Haven't watched that replay, but it's possible that that's what was happening here.

    Shiv gets double-barrel damage at 1 ammo

    It's a bit ambiguous if that's a bug or "it's a design decision," but the right-click at 1 ammo plays the normal right click animation and deals normal right-click damage. I would've expected to get the left-click behavior at 1 ammo.
