Don't know why this change was so hard for me to come up with but it fixes a problem I've had. He can move during his 1, he just needs to stay in range of his rooted target. So he isn't a sitting duck like his rooted person is, his mobility is just very limited.
I'm not really on board with these abilities, but I LOVE what you did with the constant beat and doing everything on beat. I've been doing stuff with musical people for a while now and that's an Idea I should have come up with. Mind if I borrow it?
I like the concept art and the 1. I think we can do some upgrades here. The 3 seems to be lacking a lot of traits, it could be beefed up. The infinite.ammo while gliding works as a base ability, but then the rest of the upgrades are all outdone by 1 3.2k item.

I use it for warden ult build. Tbh I wish I could Imbue arcane surge. I don't want to use it on a normal warden build, hoping for it to proc on the cage, but it procs on the flask.
Thank you! I think so too. The leaks suggested he's tankier, so maybe he has some techniques that are less damage focused and give him temporary buffs? As long as there are techniques. I'm hopeful.

After revisiting this a few times, the adrenaline timer should just be a duration. Superior duration will be excellent on him but that's fine.
Duration 7s, increased to 10s on tier 3 upgrade. Cooldown reduction +20% (up to 60% now), blocks the first case of CC against him.

So Mr. Darwin is mean to be a good laner, and he can turn into a carry, Tank, or Support as the team needs or as he wants. The gun values change because the evolves versions have greater boon scaling. Even if their base DPS is lower their DPS when you unlock them will be greater than shown...

What stands out to me as cool is the "missing stamina as damage amp", but I think it would be cooler done the other way. The more of your own stamina missing the more damage you do.
It's got damage and incorporealness but the incorporealness here is to make the animation work because you need to disappear before you can reappear with the fakes so that people don't know which one is real. While with Calico it's a chasedown or escape tool because of the movement.
I really like the 3, and I think it could be leaned into more. Maybe he can only be affected by 1 at a time, and can move while movement locked / stunned etc. At 4m/s when maxed.
