yep seems to happen when first person who dies is about to respawn

Update: Also the game just crashes every time I try to exit game.

Its happened since todays update. ive tried 4 times and its happened every time. itll just take my back to main menu after about a minute or so as if i never even queued but during the loading screen i can "leave" and abandon match????
