Mystic Regen is supposed to proc when ANY amount of Spirit Damage is applied to an enemy hero and stack with each unique enemy hero hit. Love Bites gives Mina's bullets spirit damage on every shot so this should proc Mystic Regen but it doesn't, it only procs when the passive Love Bite...
