If Sinclair uses his ult on a hero and dies mid-ult, his model stays as the copied hero after respawning instead of reverting to the original.

Killing with Mo & Krill's ult grants Sinclair permanent health, but the UI counter doesn't reflect the max health gained. Additionally, Grey Talon ult kills don't grant spirit power. Edit: Killing with Talon's ult actually gives you spirit power but doesn't show up in UI
