If applicable, some abilities should apply some sort of modifier/effect to ragdolls if they land the killing blow.
As an example: Venator's ult could pin the ragdoll to a nearby surface similar to HL2's crossbow. Vyper's ult could stiffen the ragdoll in the pose they were frozen in and tumble...
