i do agree, the numbers are mostly really big just cause he intends them to be pretty broken and almost exclusively t4 items, in the actual game most of these id tune down a decent amount

omnicharge signet when imbued on an ability with rapid recharge actually INCREASES the time between charges instead of reducing it

a few patches ago it was stated that decay could no longer proc item effects but with enough spirit and enemy hp spirit burn can still be procced, not sure if intenttional but i assume its a bug

i am using the new Intel Arc B580 GPU and my game crashes consistently with 4 or more people in party, game runs fine otherwise and i have no other issues besides this and i think the gpu is the reason my cpu is Ryzen 7 5800x and i have 32gb ram
