Full reinstall fixed this, but something to be looked into. Verify game files did not work.

Game launches with a black screen (and a curser if hit escape) after today's update. Everything was fine before today. I can hear my char running around and I can press escape to get a mouse curser but nothing else.

I can reproduce this. Tag does not work, and additionally the "tell me when my medal changes" also doesnt work.

As of the Nov 21st patch, Haze ult no longer headshots when enemy is generally facing haze. I do not know how long Haze ult was headshotting this way, I did not see it in any patch note. But it is no longer a thing post update this evening.
