As the title suggests, it is possible to get Bebop's gun into a state where you are always spun up, but not zoomed in, and does not incur the movement penalty as well.
Steps to recreate:

I think a character who is a mad alchemist would fit the setting really well. They could also be half spider due to a botched experiment.
The main idea is that this character can setup quick traps and ambush opportunities, and allow for quick map traversal for them and their team.

The pocket casts teleport on the side of the church, the coat instead of stopping goes up and out of the skybox resulting in pocket being stuck above it when it happens. You can't use teleport to go back down, and grabbing the zip line doesnt get you down...
When having the "Headed to Lane...", "Push Lane", and "Defend Lane" equipped to the mouse wheel, only one will have the appropriate sub menu open up alongside the appropirate voice lines.
