Every time game launches, it resets graphics to default
Make sure your game folder isn't on read-only and then open the game and change your settings, after that close the game with the "Exit Game" button on the ESC menu so the game is able to save the config files. Getting hit by Kinetic Carbine while reloading causes super long reload
