IF you add the slowing bullets to inhibitor this i think this works.
Other than that, the only item i have issue with is Glass Cannon. I think all of the rest are more interesting to some degree, even if its just slightly more interesting.
My issue with glass cannon is what its intended to...
I had something similar, played an off character lost a lot. generally in your same MMR range. Got a random alchemist match. As I was playing i could tell something was off and i had rainbow numbers at the end of the match. Next match was in Em.
Right now MM is all over the place as it...
Stacking as you can have the inversion and the reduction at the same time. Assuming its additive, you would still be effectively reducing heals by a significant portion. Only difference between the two debuffs is one never allows the full heal, one does but then actively removes it. They are...
Their current system is super unforgiving. My MMR ranges from Low Em to Phantom. But i also constantly get people who obviously dont understand how to play a moba in general or immidiatly say "2nd game on this hero".
So it take s alot of games to go up but only 1 or 2 to losses to go back down...
I would just call it necrosis. "This item causes necrosis, causing a target afflicted to take 30% of healing received as spirit damage"
The main issue I think is it stacking with regular healing debuff since they are 2 different ones. Plus, most heals are small heal over times. Like Abrams life...
Slowing bullets used to upgrade into a t4 but was removed as a component. The idea behind it, i assume, is to help you chase better as gun build. But, with the new investment system and its weak, and slow to build up, effect is not worth it. As you mentioned.
It should either have no build up...
In dota2 you can have negative resistances. I believe they follow a lot of the same dev philosophy with deadlock so I assume as we get more and more resist shred in the game that we will see negative resistances.
Another way it can be applied would be that the amount of healing that was reduced is applied as a damage over time instead. But that double dips the reduction of the effectiveness of healing. Which probably would ultimately make the item over powered.
I like the idea though. One potential...
The damage would be effected by resistances and penetrations. And any effects that boost damage.
But to go along with your argument, it could have the heal reduction portion removed completely and replaced with the inversion instead at the higher amount (i.e. decay at -30% but necrosis at 45%...
The something you are wishing for is simply more players. The game is still invite only, alpha state (after 2 years). Ive had this conversation many times but this time, i would say that we should be getting closer to beta testing.
Hopefully that brings in more players and helps the MMR issues...
This so much. I lose a lot trying new characters, climb back up to oracle, lose 2 matches get dropped to Em. The current rank system is very unforgiving. I mostly ignore it and just try to have fun and learn for those above me.
Yea, if temps are fine, then you need to save a crash report. I do not know how to do that with this game. Does steam have a support chat or anything for this game yet? IF not, i hope someone responds to this.
