    Bebop's sticky bomb calculates damage at attach rather than explosion

    Bebop bombs have been acting strange lately. I've had several instances of team fights where my bomb will attach to a teammate who is further away than the enemy I am trying to attach it to. Also happens with troopers too sometimes.

    Constant stutters/fps drops/lags

    I was having a similar issue that seemingly has been fixed for me. Every time I launched the game I was getting around 40fps and awful stuttering. I would have to restart the game 4 or 5 times and just sit in the hero test for about 10 minutes until it sorted itself out.

    Hitting a successful Bebop hook on Infernus when he is mid-dash also breaks the game. I'm not sure if it's intended or not but you can not successfully hook Infernus when he is in his dash. Give that one a test
