Don't look at the precise position of the crosshair, replays can be inaccurate. Look at *how* it moves. This doesn't look like cheating to me, he also misses some shots

It's how it works in dota as well. If you abandon games because of something, even if you rejoined and help the team win the game you get literally nothing. You lose MMR and you still get leaver penalty. I feel like at the very least you shouldn't get leaver penalty if you reconnect and win...

I don't know if this is intended or not, but I was playing against Kelvin and I bought Unstoppable to counter it but it turns out it doesn't help against the Fire Rate slow. I thought Unstoppable is supposed to suppress *negative* status effects, which should include fire rate slow
