Hi michkam, ive been experiencing similar issues too. My framerate dropped by around half a few days ago and in my troubleshooting I also found that my cpu and gpu were having low utilization. I tried reseating my ram and gpu but neither worked unforunately :(

Do you mean in the middle of a match using the console or as a launch option?
