just finished another game where a lash ground strike did it as well lol. seems fairly common

I got hit by a grey talon arrow that did ~650, but then killed afterwards by a mystic reverb proc that did ~800. I saw a thread about reverb hitting twice when lethal, but that shouldn't cause the damage to exceed the original ability, so this may be a separate bug.
