OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! I was getting micro-stutters every 3-4 seconds but only when using the mouse or keyboard. Any click or movement would cause a stutter, but only every 3-4 seconds. I can now use GSYNC without getting constant flickers.
Please Valve fix this, I spent so much time...
