It works in training mode, but against hard bots on a bot match the ultimate doesnt track the enemy hero. So it barely hits and does no damage and the bat's only randomly hit

I cannot play a bot match without the ping being almost 200. Nothing I do changes the region. It makes testing things and playing in sandbox really annoying. PLEASE prioritize this its HORRIBLE for new players!!!
