T3 Puddle Punch will put both Melee Charge + Crushing Fists on Cooldown but not gain the damage bonus. I'm sure that at one point Melee Charge + Puddle Punch worked correctly. If they're not supposed to work together, I wouldn't expect them to go on cooldown.
