Incorrect, memory leaks have nothing to do with hardware and it is common knowledge now that there was a memory leak introduced 7 weeks ago, there are many threads on the topic. It's a software issue, and Valve need to plug the leak but have yet to do so for some reason.

My brother, you are running hardware that is over a decade old, and was incredibly weak at the time of release. You are not going to get a playable experience on a 710, you could buy a 1060 on eBay for pennies and get 10 times the power.

UK here, every game all I see is cyrillic text and Russian voice comms, not sure if something is bugged but it makes playing very difficult as can't communicate

Another major patch and the memory leak introduced in the last one still hasn't been fixed. This occurs in both dx11 and Vulkan modes, it makes any games that go over 30 minutes unplayable unless the client is fully restarted.
